These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and ph865 ("ph865," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ph865 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotions, and all related features available at ph865.app (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your ph865 account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph865, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ph865 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph865 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ph865 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering for a ph865 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph865 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph865 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph865 immediately by contacting our support team. ph865 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph865 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time ph865 deems necessary.

ph865 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph865 account within 60 seconds.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the bank's processing times.
• ph865 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• ph865 charges zero withdrawal fees. The full approved withdrawal amount will be credited to your payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ph865 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ph865 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments, as well as PAGCOR's AML guidelines. ph865 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity on the ph865 Platform.

ph865 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members only. ph865 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games on ph865 – including online slots and virtual table games – use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. ph865 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spins) conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. ph865 does not interfere with live game outcomes.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are set by ph865's trading team and are subject to change at any time before an event commences. 6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ph865 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. ph865 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph865 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ph865 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph865 staff or other members.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph865 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph865 content without prior written consent.
• Use the ph865 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on ph865 content or software.
• Use ph865 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of ph865's intellectual property may result in legal action. ph865 actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph865 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Damages arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

ph865's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph865 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph865's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph865 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or other prohibited software.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, ph865 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

You may close your ph865 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

ph865 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph865 will notify members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ph865 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph865 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process administered by PAGCOR, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.

Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
